The Challenge

Schneider Electric aimed to expand the functionality of their Wiser mobile app to support new smart devices, while ensuring seamless integration with their existing products. One Limitless was brought in to enhance the app’s capabilities, improving functionality without compromising the user experience or disrupting existing device installations. Security and reliability were crucial, given the app’s role in managing essential home systems.

One Limitless enhanced the Wiser app by integrating new features and ensuring a seamless user experience, while keeping the interface intuitive despite complex backend processes. We employed staged feature releases and conducted extensive testing to ensure the app operated smoothly without disrupting current users. The enhanced Wiser app was successfully launched, giving users greater control over their devices and supporting Schneider’s new smart systems.
